Korean Trio-Choc Strawberries 韓式三色士多啤梨 (V-Day Special 情人節系列)

Equipment: Large Bowl, Small Bowls, Kettle

Korean Fresh Strawberries 士多啤梨 = 1 pack (10pcs)
Milk Chocolate Buttons 牛奶朱古力片 = 100g
White Chocolate Buttons 白朱古力片 = 100g
Raspberry Chocolate Buttons 紅莓朱古力片 = 100g

Sprinkles 食用裝飾 = 30g (Optional)

1. Rinse and wash the strawberries thoroughly.

2. Melt the 3 chocolates in separate bowls, under a tub of hot water.

3. Dip the strawberries into the chocolate, and leave it on drying rack to set the coating.

4. If necessary, re-dip the chocolates in a different colour or gently run the strawberry into a tub of sprinkles. Be creative and have fun !

5. Place in a container, and ensure they do not overlap each other.

6. Freeze for at least 1 hour before packaging.

7. Voilà your recipient is now ready to be gifted ! Happy V Day and enjoy the day !

Tip: Sprinkle on top while the chocolate is half solidified for best result.
